Britt Reid (Seth Rogen), son and heir to the fortune of LosAngeles's largest newspaper, is a playboy, a spoiled rich whohave been happy to maintain the existence of direction-less. Whenhis father James Reid (Tom Wilkinson) dies mysteriously, Brittmeets a company's employees are impressive and resourceful,Kato (Jay Chou).
